I am fascinated by real estate, always have been.
In 1989, my mother-in-law was representing a local builder and needed help. What started as short-term assistance turned into a passion that drives me to this day. I believe my years of experience, combined with my ongoing pursuit of continuing my real estate education while making sure my clients receive Top-Notch customer service, set me apart from other real estate agents. My years of expertise provide my clients with an all-encompassing perspective, whether marketing your home for sale or determining the best property to buy.
My business is built on referrals from my past clients almost exclusively. With this in mind, my goal is to make your home buying or selling process as seamless and easy as possible. While there are always hic-cups and bumps in the buying or selling road, I’m here to guide you through, around, or over the problems (or sometimes a combination of all of them). Finding the solution to ensure your needs and goals are met is kept foremost in mind. My approach to sales is to find solutions for my customers, not to “sell” them something, as I am passionate about customer satisfaction.
While I have an eye for what needs to be done to ensure the quickest sale for you with the most profit, I want you to know that you are always in control. This is a team process, so that your home will be the most appealing to the largest number of buyers. In addition, I have several professional photographers that I work with to show your home at its best.
Having been born in the area and having spent most of my life here (with mine and my husband’s families living here since the late 1800s, I know the nuances of what each town in the Metroplex has to offer. I service as far north as Alton, as far south as Red Bud, and from Fairview to Okawville. My husband and I currently reside in Swansea.

I donate a portion of each commission from the purchase or sale of each client’s home to support many local charities including children going though treatments at both Children's and Cardinal Glennon through the Children’s Miracle Network, Brett's First Responders, which helps families of injured and fallen off-duty first responders and those in significant financial need, as well as animal shelters or rescue groups to name a few. I believe kindness and helping others a job requirements.
